The core values and dispositions of the College of Education are a set of fundamental principles and values that guide the practice and development of our faculty, students and staff.

“Dispositions are the values, commitments, and professional ethics of students, families, colleagues, and communities that affect student learning, motivation, and development, as well as the Candidate’s own professional growth. Dispositions are guided by the beliefs and attitudes related to the values such as caring, fairness, honesty, responsibility, and social justice” (NCATE, 2001, p.53)
